Return Policy

Products that are unused and unopened in original packaging with all safety tags and instructions in place may be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt. You must have proof of purchase in order to return a product. Sales receipt, order invoice or customer purchase history are all valid forms of proof of purchase. Refunds are only available in the customer’s original form of purchase. Products may be returned in exchange for a product of equal or lesser value or for store credit. Customer must pay for all expenses related to returning the unit, including shipping costs. Returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Returns Procedure

  • Request a Refund or Exchange
    • Send an email to with the following information
      • Order Number (Located in order invoice or order confirmation email.)
      • Products you wish to return or exchange and any applicable serial numbers.
      • How you would like to be refunded. (product exchange, store credit or refund in original form of purchase)
      • Reason for return
    • Wait for confirmation and approval of refund or exchange
      • Our customer service team will respond to your email within 2 business days and may request additional information if necessary
      • If applicable send additional information to Head Rush by responding directly to the Return/Exchange follow up email sent by our customer service team.
      • Do not ship your product until you have confirmation that your return or exchange has been approved.
  • Ship Product to Head Rush Technologies
    • Locate your preferred shipping company. You may return the product via any shipping company you find convenient. Head Rush uses Fed Ex as our preferred shipping company. You are not required to use Fed Ex. If you wish, you may click here to locate a Fed Ex store near you.
    • Customer must pay for all expenses related to returning the unit, including creating a return label and all other shipping costs.

  • Receive refund, store credit or product exchange.
    • Head Rush will issue a refund or exchange once the original product has been received and processed.
    • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
